You have booked a non-denominational symbolic wedding ceremony. The services I provide are detailed on  The process page of this website. 

You will receive a copy of your ceremony in a keepsake folder after your symbolic ceremony.

 A deposit for 50% is due within 7 days of confirmation of your booking. The deposit confirms our services on your wedding date/time.

 The deposit can be paid by PayPal (account: www.paypal.me/WendyTheOfficiant, preferably using the friends and family option to avoid fees being deducted from the deposit) and is non-refundable. If a deposit is not received, your date is not confirmed or held. The balance is to be paid by PayPal at least one week prior to your wedding day or before you leave for your wedding in Mexico.

Either of us are easily able to perform more than one wedding ceremony per day and sometimes we do.  Although we do not usually book back to back weddings, if we do, we leave a travel buffer between ceremonies.  

 We will generally arrive to your ceremony location between 15 - 30 minutes before the agreed ceremony start time.  We are not responsible for ceremonies that start late.  The ceremony needs to be completed within one hour of the agreed ceremony start time; otherwise a late fee will be assessed.  The late fee is $25.00 per partial 15 minutes.

 If your wedding ceremony starts more than 45 minutes after the agreed ceremony start time, we may not be able to perform your wedding ceremony due to the late start time.  We are not responsible for any inconvenience this may cause.  In the case of a 45 minute or later wedding delay, all fees paid are non-refundable.

 In the event that the couple does not arrive to their agreed to ceremony location within 45 minutes of the agreed ceremony start time, it will be considered a “no show”. In the event that the couple does not show up at all to their wedding ceremony location, it will be considered a “no show”. In the case of any “no show”, all fees paid are non-refundable.

 The couple is responsible for any additional fees / charges incurred to perform their wedding service (park entry, parking, valet, etc).  

 The couple fully understands and agrees that the officiant shall not be responsible or held liable in the event the officiant is prohibited from performing the couple's wedding ceremony due to illness, hospitalization, auto accident, transportation breakdown/disruption, traffic difficulties, acts of God such as inclement weather or other unforeseen incapacitation or other cause of non-arrival on the day of the ceremony.  In the unlikely event that the officiant is unable to perform the ceremony for reasons beyond his control, he will make every effort to contact/notify the couple and to try to refer a qualified replacement who may or may not have availability to perform the ceremony, if time and resources permit.  The officiant, his agents and assigned shall NOT be held liable for any compensation or damages (including punitive) due to non-performance or delays of any ceremony resulting from such incapacitation, non-arrival, errors and/or omissions of any type.

We reserve the right to refuse any service that we are not comfortable performing, at which time a refund may be made at our discretion.  This may include, but is not limited to: creating and performing ceremonies that we are uncomfortable with, not interacting with Officiant in a dignified or respectful manner, unruly actions, disorderly conduct, poor communication and not receiving timely or agreed upon payments. 

 Here and there couples or their parents invite us to their rehearsal dinner and/or reception. Often times we are invited very last minute and have to decline the invitation if we are unable to attend due to previous plans. If you would like to invite either of us to your rehearsal dinner and/or reception, please do so with notice.  There is absolutely no obligation.
